Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days, flat rate (FREE on orders $75+ in the USA).
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, available at checkout.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
- We currently ship within the USA only (international shipping coming soon!).
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Fragrance oils must remain sealed and unopened.
- Diffuser machines: must be unused, in original packaging (20% restocking fee applies). Used machines are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (trackable methods recommended).
- Damaged or lost packages? Contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
