Are your oils safe for pets and children?
Yes. Our oils are crafted in the USA using tested, premium-quality ingredients that are safe for both pets and family when used as directed.
How long does the scent last?
The lifespan depends on your diffuser settings and room size. On average:
- 50ml: 2–4 weeks
- 120ml: 1–2 months
- 200ml: 2–3 months
- 500ml: 3–5 months
How should I store my oils?
Keep your oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain their strength and quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, but we are working to expand worldwide.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, if the product is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Oils must be sealed, and diffusers must be unused to qualify. See our Returns Policy for details.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Orders containing diffuser machines require a signature upon delivery.

Anyone in the United States. We currently ship nationwide.
What if I change my mind after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update or cancel it. If shipped, you can return it within 30 days (unused and in original packaging).
Is there a penalty for canceling my subscription? (if applicable)
No penalties — you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Do I need to commit to a subscription to buy H&L Scents?
No — you can purchase any of our products without a subscription.

Yes — our diffusers use professional-grade cold-air diffusion, the same technology used in high-end hotels and luxury retail spaces.

We use cold-air nano-mist technology, which delivers a fine, even scent without using heat or water — preserving the oil’s purity and strength.
