Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Fragrance oils must be unopened and have the seal intact.
• Please contact [support@hlscents.com] with images to support your claim before sending returns.

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 10 business days after arrival at our warehouse.

Diffuser Machines

• Machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
• Must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
• A 20% restocking fee applies.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• No refunds for used machines.

Damaged Items

• Inspect your order upon delivery.
• If damaged, email us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue

Return Shipping

• We do not provide return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable shipping method; H&L Scents is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged for any available item on our site once your return is in transit.

Exceptions

• Items purchased through other retailers must be returned through them.
• Certain products (e.g., used oils, custom bundles) are final sale.
