Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays).
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days, flat rate (FREE on orders $75+ in the USA).
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, available at checkout.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • We currently ship within the USA only (international shipping coming soon!).

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Fragrance oils must remain sealed and unopened.
  • Diffuser machines: must be unused, in original packaging (20% restocking fee applies). Used machines are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (trackable methods recommended).
  • Damaged or lost packages? Contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
