Returns & Exchanges

Eligible within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Fragrance oils must remain sealed and unopened.
Diffuser machines: must be unused, in original packaging (20% restocking fee applies). Used machines are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (trackable methods recommended).
Damaged or lost packages? Contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
